This program does not cover type 1 diabetes, secondary diabetes or drug diabetes.

The Helping You Manage Type 2 Diabetes program is a high-quality, evidence-based program that gives you insights into practical things you can do to protect your health. We chose to offer this at a low price to help eliminate price as a barrier to trying this program. We figure that people achieving success may encourage friends or family members to take advantage of the program.
The cost to complete your personal assessment and receive an individualized report is $10.50. For no additional cost, you have the option to provide your doctor or other caregiver with a companion report to help him or her support you. You also receive an 86 page planning guide with supplemental information to help you succeed in optimizing your health.

Some employers and insurers provide this program to employees at a discount or no cost. If your employer or insurer does this, they will have provided you with a code to use when you start the program. If you do not have a discount code, you can check with your employer or insurer.
